mtv music promotion poster weight watchers classroom poster
This was an in-class poster about 6-feet tall, printed in six Day-Glo colors. No way you could miss it. Compare with so much over-produced promotional posters with three headlines, four logos, no point of interest.
MTV wanted a brochure. Four pages for March, four for April. We found that the paper quantity involved was the same as for a two-sided poster, which unlike a brochure would not get stuffed in a drawer and forgotten, but would hang very visibly on the wall, and which would get out all the info in a musically graphic treatment. Lotta copy-editing to get things to fit.
